1 CHANGE FREQUENCY
Password change occurs every 70 days - a notification is periodically displayed on the user's desktop when the deadline is approaching.
2 PASSWORD CRITERIA
Several criteria must be taken into account when changing the session password:
• Complexity;
• The minimum length (8 characters);
• Password history (6 passwords memorized and therefore unusable).
Regarding complexity, you must put the following complexity criteria:
• Uppercase letters;
• Lowercase letters and
• Special characters.
3 HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD?
3.1 ONLINE PASSWORD CHANGE PROCEDURE (RECOMMENDED)
To reset or unlock your password, simply access the link below and follow the steps below:

Enter your email and the characters from the image:
After that, select the first authentication method, below the available methods:
- SMS
- PHONE CALL
- NOTIFICATION FOR THE AUTHENTICATION APP
- AUTHENTICATION APP CODE
After that select the second authentication method:
After that, simply enter the password meeting the minimum requirements:
If you have met all the requirements and entered the same password in both fields, you will receive this message:
Now the last step, please connect to VPN, BLOCK and write your new password. And is all!
3.2 AT THE OFFICE OR CONNECTED TO VPN
If you want to change your password in Windows, simply press "Ctrl + Alt + Del", select "Change a password...", type your current password in the first text area, type the new one and confirm.
3.3 IF THE PASSWORD HAS EXPIRED. ERROR -12 in FORTICLIENT.
You can follow the procedure in step 3.1 and the problem will be resolved.
4 SMARTPHONE
